No sweety stealing pictures won't get you banned. But taking it down and then if you try to use it again, then the mods will give you warnings and maybe points for violations. That would add up to a ban. Several infractions can add up to a ban. Using a picture of another lady could get you points. People can report you for using fake pics.

A mod would send you a pm. They don't issue points to people in an open forum thread such as this. That is not how it's handled. Word to the wise, do not use fake pictures.

Once again I wasn’t using a fake picture. It was an avatar dick heads. Y’all are so bored on this Tuesday and have nothing to do and why would I use that picture if it isn’t me, it was just suppose to be an avatar but now that you have explained what people might think I understood and picked something more suitable to my taste. I love Nina from Tekken and play the game often! She is the beat character of my opinion on that game! Y’all are making it seem like I’m intentionally doing it on purpose and that would make sense if it was a picture on all my sites but it’s not so obviously it was a misunderstanding.
