Trump's and his Trumpkins' threats and attacks on prosecutors doing their jobs is a dicey proposition, and itself may lead to more indictments. did Clinton threaten Ken Starr, even with all his wild goose chase shenanigans? nope. he let Starr do his job. Here's the problem with your FOX post above and all of the accusations stating "criminalizing the act of contesting an election". They didn't just contest it.

Yes, they did recounts in multiple states..no problem, don't care. The recounts were meaningless. As a mater of fact, I never saw the FOX story about the results of the CYBER NINJA deep dive in Arizona and all the duplicates, dead people and whatever else it didn't turn up, maybe you can post that for me to review. However, while doing the recounts and while coming up with nothing, they posted threats, they got a pastor to make a house call to threaten election officials (that ones a beauty), they caused their idiots (uh..followers) to believe the false BS they were claiming, which was thrown out of multiple courts (including some judges that Trump put in place), and motivated the minions to make threats, storm the capitol, etc. They created, signed and submitted false slates of electors in an attempt to block the transfer of power. If a Dem did all that, you'd be calling them a communist dictator ruining the basis of the USA and shredding the Constitution. What do you call a Republican that does it? The greatest President ever? What a Patriot you are.

Now let's talk about the idiots (uhh...FOX NEWS) that didn't believe a f'n word they were saying every night for months, as has been discovered via the text messages they sent to each other. They contributed and they lost the battle of "Freedom of the Press/Freedom of Speech". Sure, they didn't lose in court, but they knew they would, so they decided it was better to pay up almost $1B to quietly back out before they did and the financial loss was higher. I think Pillow Guy will end up bankrupt before they are done with him over the same mess.

As for Trumps "freedom of speech" defense. Again, if a Dem told people to gather and create chaos with the intent to harm people, overthrow the government, deliver them an election that the votes and recounts say they lost, etc...you would call them a socialist, communist dictator and their speech an attempt to overthrow all that is good in the USA. So what do you call a Republican that does the same? Does Trump really still believe that he won the election? I don't think so, he just can't admit that he's ever lost. Has he ever taken the blame for one of his bankruptcies? Is he really that blinded by the sheen of his own ego? Has he not heard what came out of the FOX News lawsuit with Dominion? Did he also miss the results of all the recounts that he or his PAC or whoever paid for? When you say stupid shit like "YOU COME AFTER ME, I'LL COME AFTER YOU", "STAND DOWN, BUT STAY READY", "THERE WERE GOOD PEOPLE ON BOTH SIDES", your brain dead, conspiracy followers think you are talking to them and they will react to impress you...just ask the local nut job that was arrested for calling the DC judge and Shiela Jackson Lee. I don't understand the fascination or loyalty his millions of followers have, but he does and he capitalizes on it daily. So he should be held accountable when he says stupid shit and his followers think it's a call to action and react in a violent and threatening manner. If you give the order and others follow, you can be held accountable. This is not new. It's been upheld in court many times.

Don't get me wrong, I think all the hours and money spent to go after Trump is a tremendous (borrowing from Trump) waste of time and money. The problem is, Trump won't accept and go away until: 1) he's embarrassed in court and it's upheld by an appeals court AND the Supreme Court (he won't stop until he's out of options, that's been proven), 2) he loses another election, or 3) passes away. I blame people like Lindsey Graham for this with their ridiculous support that probably bought with PAC funds. I actually liked him and could have voted for him at one point, but the way he has rolled over and continues to say whatever his puppet master wants him to say is unforgivable. The people who continue to spout off the catch phrases that Trump tells them to have no ability to think for themselves and rationalize everything. Well...except for MTG...she thinks for herself sometimes, but when she does...I find myself wishing she'd just keep spouting what she's told.
