Did you ever have the "opportunity" to review the "stimulus" packages post-Katrina to provide the flood victims an opportunity to relocate until their "insurance" money arrived for their loss?
Also, as an aside, in the post-Kartina days folks were still living in their flooded houses after refusing to evacuate from the rising water ... because ... IMO ... of the statutory requirements at that time for declaring a "homestead" without a title document recorded with the FLOODED CLERK'S OFFICE which DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICALLY or PHOTOGRAPHICALLY copied real estate records (as well as criminal records and others) and POSSESSION was required to assert their HOMESTEAD RIGHTS in the absence of recorded/signed documents.
Some of those poor people died in their "homes"!
I'm not changing the subject matter, but it's about those fools who want to tie themselves to government for their existence, when government is fucking them left and right under the pretense of "helping" them. Why was Mr. Trump facilitating lower fuel costs in this country while allowing O&G companies to make money overseas? It was good for our economy and job growth with employment growth, because things shipped cost less and poorer people can afford to drive to a job to earn a living.
Did Putin lower fuel costs in this country during Mr. Trump's administration? But:
Obaminable & Bitten kissed that deal ... so who is a buddy with Russians?

oil bidness has always and forever been feast or famine
worked in it for others and then for myself since 1975
from 8 dollar oil to 15 dollar oil to 36 dollar oil to about 20 years of $20 something oil then $60's then up to $120 then back to $36 dollar oil and then coming back up
in '79/'80 and thereabout the dimocrats cried and hit us with a "windfall profits tax" because oil was $36
every time oil has gone up, the cost from the services companies did too
biden said he would put us in jail for producing and now he blames us for not producing but even then he threatens us with gouging and a blame for his inflation, which started with his attacking us
they scare the majors from looking for oil with threats and hearings and media and activists
they scare their buddies on wall street and the big banks to not serve or invest in or provide financing for the oil industry and, in typical virtue signaling mode, they obey their masters
they lie about biden's first year and trump's using an apple to orange sleight of hand
the dimocrats are just full of shit and always have been, how anyone could be one is either because of stupidity, a desire for power or plain old greed without having to produce or some combination of those three
and the american people suffer while those elite assholes who know nothing and their claims never pan out, who have never had a callous or dirt under their manicured fingernails, rub their hands in glee at being in charge and eat cake
and the saddest thing of all, their energy policy is just the tip of the ice berg of their destructiveness

... that's generally correct with respect to any business dependent upon the government for acceptance & approval and which is based for the most part on "borrowed" speculative investment funds either in the form of commercial lending institutions or private funding through certificates of investment/ownership.
To get the latter there has to be a higher level of salesmanship founded on future markets as the resource is discovered and developed with the customary enticement of nondisclosed financial benefits. Again, case in point...
And the "FUND" is emerging as an international source of "assistance" for the refugees from the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. More donations earned from the Russians!

More disinformation from our Russian loving Trump supporters!
The SOS was one of many many agencies that had to sign off....but the ultimate approval is from the President.
Carry on comrade.
Please do espouse on Trumps campaign softening the GOP platform in regards to Russia concerning Ukraine. And please remind us that Manafort was paid millions from the Pro Russian faction of the Ukrainian political without reporting it and Trump pardoning him

CNBC...and only the Business segments.
Are you saying that Manafort was not Trump's campaign manager when the GOP softened it's stance on Russian aggression towards Ukraine and that Trump didn't pardon him?

Why are you hijacking your own dumb thread? Is it because you've proven yourself a complete idiot on the original thread topic by demonstrating you have "zero knowledge of how the world wide energy market works"?
And why divert your own thread by digging up an old, repeatedly debunked claim about the 2016 RNC platform? Do you take pleasure from beating a dead horse? Do you enjoy having your credibility destroyed over and over again for the same dumb reason?

You stick to that disinformation comrade lustylad.
https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/a...t-drove-putin/
Manafort was brought onto the Trump campaign in 2016 to help keep GOP delegates from breaking with Trump. Just three months later, he was promoted to the role of chief strategist and campaign manager. In August, Manafort was fired following reports about his business dealings in Ukraine, but not before raising Russia’s profile within the candidate’s team.
“Manafort has these connections to Putin-friendly forces in Eastern Europe, so the campaign suddenly started to reflect more of Manafort’s instincts than the disorienting Trump instincts on foreign policy that we saw earlier in the campaign,” said Robert Costa, a national political reporter for The Washington Post. “There wasn’t really a Russia view from Trump or his campaign team until the summer of 2016, the spring of 2016, when Manafort comes on.”
Manafort not only “spent years in Ukrainian politics,” he also “became close to Russian oligarchs,” according to Ryan Lizza, the Washington correspondent for The New Yorker.
“If you’re Putin, you’re saying: ‘Huh, OK. This is a whole new team. This is not Hillary Clinton and her circle of anti-Putin hawks. This is a group of people that knows that region, is skeptical of NATO, and is probably willing to reach out to Moscow,’” said Lizza.

But he's got to impress the bimbos he gathers around the computer.
One would think that someone so brilliant as he self-reports on the world O&G trade would be at least as half as wealthy as Trump ... rather than building spec houses ... go figure! In the meantime ..

You got something against impressing bimbos?
Do be jealous just because you can't afford that house. I'm suprised you're not reposting the picture, yet again counselor.
How about a picture of you helping those poor Katrina peeps in the Astrodome
