So to answer your question it is similar to a wet t-shirt contest minus the shirt and the water... ladies line up, show their boobs and the guys vote.... yup pretty sure thats what it would look like. I believe that a proper evaluation would involve both looking and feeling, as well making sure that perky nipples are fully erect at all times.
