This is hard to believe. I have been to numerous agencies numerous times and never had this issue. I count the money and put it in a separate pocket before going in.....Bill

I don't understand the problem with "the count"...if they want it beforehand, fine. I pull out my wad, I count it in front of them. If they wait until after (like most do) I initiate the count and either I count it out loud or have them do it while I watch. It's pretty simple.

It's caught a few mistakes in the past, and the mistakes were all mine I might add.

I have also noticed that when getting money out of an atm, they are generally
new bills and tend to stick together. I try to mingle new bills with older bills to
make counting easier.
