when I read the post it just reminded me of something that happened about an hour before I saw it.

I called someone and was going to leave them a voice mail when they didn't answer...
Guess what??? ==> The voice mail was full....

Does that mean I should have called Sprint or AT&T and ask them to tell the person to empty their voice mail que???

It my not be an appropriate response. But those of us who have met Sofa & spent an abundant amount of time with him. Comments like his are to be expected. I know all to well.
So don't give his replies too much serious thought. It's Sofa being Sofa.


And as a wise WM stated earlier.
There's other ways to contact providers. Besides the PM system.
Check their Eccie profiles & Ads for websites/email links & or phone numbers. It's that simple!!

All here need to recall recent history elsewhere and remember that relying on one single communication channel has serious potential drawbacks.

For those who haven't figure out how to download and save PMs, it is easy and the directions are at the bottom of your PM stack. Deleting old or ancient PMs is easy enough to do as well.

Just an observation that most providers usually advertise a primary or preferred mode of initial contact, but usually display at least one or two others.

Many folks here are members on multiple boards (think redundancy factor) and my sympathies to folks who simply cannot TCB properly.
