When I see a provider not posting ads I immediately think she is going through something personal and not available right now. Then again I am used to an old STL board that had a wonderfully successful provider on it (who is now not in the hobby) that would post something 'short and sweet' every single day she was available.

These stupid ass threads that are just dumbass questions like "do you like butt plugs" or "fingering" or "what gets you to repeat with a provider". Nothing is a bigger waste of space and time on a board for me, but that's only my opinion.

So, when people say a board is 'dead', who is really dead? The site? The lazy participants? The immature posting? Or is it the lack of recognizing that BUSINESS is suppose to be transacted and not just used for cheap entertainment.

I have to agree on the stupid posts such as butt plugs, ect..... I'd rather see nothing at all than stupid stuff.

<P>I will maintain that the best providers I have ever seen don't get involved too much in the forums. Truthfully they have no time or need for it. Its sad but true. It seems alot of the ladies that are heavily involved are doing it for the extra attention. And sadly the same goes for hobbyists. They enjoy attention as well. Some more than others. And yes I am guilty of that too.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I've noticed some of them are using social networking now. I admit it is kinda scary because that is completely out in the open. I started to get into that but I jumped out. I'm not so certain it is safe. Especially since they are openly advertising where they are touring. Although it is nice to see the sexy pictures they post and to see some of the things they tweet. If it were more private, I kinda like that better than having a forum.</P>

The whole point of social networking is to make things public, not to keep them private. I've thought from the beginning that mixing social networking and the hobby is the height of stupidity.

I'm sure there are a lot of divorces that have happened because Joe John "liked" Heidi Hooker's Facebook page, and then wondered how his wife found out about his involvement in the hobby...

<P>Well I wouldn't dare use a personal account. I set up a hobby twitter and instagram. They were also linked to a hobby email. Even then it still has risks though. I've since closed both accounts. It is pretty neat and like I said it has made me want to see a few girls just based off their tweets and pictures. But I find it comical when I see dudes posting on their twitters with profiles which have their face pics. Wow can you be any stupider? Lol</P>

Yes, true but I still maintain the basic use of a board the correct way is to make as many aware when 'Open for business'

That is a rather broad statement with nothing of substance to support it. Don't get me wrong there are issues here and I have no issue with acknowledging them. But that is for me, a local to post, not someone that I have no idea if they have ever even been here to post. I also would love to know the creepy issues so that I can be safer and alert the community.

LOL Aces. You do know she is a provider that is simply saying she doesn't like to hobby here right? In other words, she IS local but she doesn't see clients here in STL. And guess what THAT IS completely in her right to do so and even to say so in a public forum. So she thinks STL guys are creepy. You know what? I say more power to her. She's entitled to her opinion. And guess what? Who gives a shit what us locals say or think about it. I doubt SHE does. I sure as hell don't. She doesn't need "substance" to back up her own opinion about who SHE chooses to see as clients. That's my 2 cents. ;-)

Well I must say we are certainly at a loss. Your showcase is AMAZING. :-( I know I would certainly like to see more ladies come around like you. But honestly, the issue right now is more for local providers. Traveling providers never have issues here in this city. You can ask Ember Simmers and Kristen Kindle. Both of them have very good success here in STL. Both of them are lovely Texas ladies such as yourself. Man what do they feed you ladies over there? It seems like ALL of you are beautiful. lol
