Ghetto? The last couple of times I went through Buffalo to a Sabres game....I saw more places with steel bars on the windows than Rochester ever thought of having.

I've never seen the worst parts of Rochester so I can't judge. The parts that I have seen that people tell me are so bad seem pretty tame compared to what's left of the Buffalo ghetto. Most of the old east side is just abandoned now. The University Heights section and Genesee and Walden near the Cheektowaga line are ghetto fabulous free fire zones now. The best parts of Rochester's suburbs have always made Clarence and East Aurora et al look crappy by comparison. I don't know what any of this has to do with hookers, but I'm bored and felt like typing.

clam..you crack me up..get to a big city..like chicago..detroit..atl..miami.. then come back and talk about how ghetto these small lil cities are ..till you have actually been out in the world these lil cities you ref as to being ghetto..arent that ghetto at all...ijs..and yea..i been to all i suggested to you and ive been to a hell of alot more than those..i been to diff countries ghetto area's..child pulease..u have no clue what ghetto is..

FWIW, comparing only the inner cities and not the suburbs, Buffalo has higher unemployment and more crime than Rochester:

However, I think both cities are very resilient and livable, compared to many other cities in the rust belt - and I'm not even talking about Detroit.

ok brother. you have no idea who I am or where I've been! I've worked in detroit , chicago, bronx ny, washington dc, sanantonio , that's just here in the u.s. I was in the military also and you have absolutely NO idea the shit I saw in iraq /kuwait!!!! so please DO tell me more ok? YOURE WELCOME!!!!!!
