I had never had any dealings with pi. I had an image in my mind of him being a suave ladies man. A james bond type, man am I wrong. He is just an old fat man like me.

This is pretty wild stuff. I think claiming this has the makings of a RICO case is going over the top. But it certainly doesn't sound good. The

They list 5 providers who were also busted. Does anyone know their handles on Indys? I'd like to know which providers are busted.

Also - any theories on why the police would claim to have shutdown a website that's still active? People are still posting on indys.

I'm still not 100% certain that this is a new bust - doesn't the date listed in the article coincide with the date from the original bust last year? I'm not sure why they wouldn't have a recent date if this was something new.

I didn't see any discussion threads about the situation over there - so I take it they're instituting a cone of silence about the matter? Because last time, I saw different threads about what was happening.

TOS deleted the thread and link shortly after it was posted. Mallory and Amazing Superhead were the provider mug shots in the link. There were several providers from PGH that were busted this year. They are gone from the site. Mallory and Superhead are still posting ads. Makes one wonder.............

Now that I think about it, the original bust last year was earlier in the year, wasn't it his birthday party? Interesting that there is not a word of this being breathed over there.

this is a case that was reopened due to a earlier dismissal, they came back with a vengeance due to seizing his computer

Further investigation they seized TOS computer and found reason for Racketeering charges/conspiracy, 10 counts of money laundering, 5 counts of promoting Prostitution, ENGAGING IN PATTERN OF CORRUPT ACTIVITY; FORFEITURE which carries a class once felony and last time they charged him with only one count of Promoting Prostitution now its 5 , 10 counts of money laundering,, etc

According to my attorney, they can seize all property that he has due to means to get them were thru the site, cars, houses, MEANS OF INCOME, etc

Was Superhead busted last year also? I thought it was only PI and MD, but I'm not certain. If she was not, then that would be an indicator that this is a new, unrelated bust. I was not able to find a new ad by MalloryDoll.

I'm trying to determine if this is truly a new bust, or a rehash of last year's bust. While I tend to think the worst, the article doesn't leave matters 100% certain. Also - anyone else have the handles of the 5 busted providers?

By him not posting it, he is not allowing his members to make their own decisions regarding their own safety!!

As I stated earlier, but doing the RIGHT THING,, he would come out smelling like a rose if he would just let people know what is going on, I personally would not touch that site with a 10 foot pole!!

Those were last years mug shots so I assume Superhead was one of the girls busted. I saw PI about a month ago. He lost so much weight I didn't recognize him. I have no facts of what's going on now. But from what Im hearing, it's for real. Time will tell.

I would hope that everyone has always made their own decisions regarding their safety.

Trusting a site to do it for you isn't very smart.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't TER go through a similar situation?
And the people who always considered their safety first were fine after that..
