Obama care will obligate every American worker to work 58 hours at two part time jobs: neither of which will be required to pay for health care. Hence, the American worker will be working one job to pay for room and board and a second job to pay his/her health care premiums or the Odumbo fines and regulatory fees.

Obamacare has been implemented in stages over the last few years with the "free goodies" coming first. The "insurers can't drop you for pre-existing conditions" and "you can stay on your parents insurance until you turn 26" took effect immediately.

My guess is those people who's health insurance didn't go up have some type of non-private sector job.

When Obamacare was first passed it was pointed out that the really painful sections of the law weren't being implemented until after the 2012 elections.
