It is the Jetaime and it is about $1300 although the maker does sometimes run a special on the adult section of eBay. Unlike the sybian which is just a fancy vibrator this one actually thrusts up and down at whatever speed you set. Oh, and you can put a smaller toy on it.
You can go to xtube and type jetaime in the search box and it will bring up some short vids you can watch it in use in different positions. The only workout was probably when she was on her knees.

I prefer this for use in private sessions, but it's good for parties too! oh, and for the guys - it also has a fleshlight attachment so it converts over to a bj machine too.

I have used female condoms and I understand the reports that some guys have made that it is "like having sex with a plastic bag." It's not that bad from a sensation point of view, but the way it is inserted and how it looks is not very sexy. With a standard condom you can almost forget it is there (almost). A female condom is always obvious.

That said, there are some times when a female condom would be handy. For example, with two women, they can each insert a female condom and then the guy can switch back and forth without stopping to change condoms. Also, it might be nice for anal to avoid any chance of santorum on the sheets. The girl can just go into the bathroom and remove it cleanly.

But I'm not jumping to use it in a one-on-one situation again.
