Gina, I'm pretty sure you just want the actual P411 account user to show up at someone's door, not try to turn P411 into a collection agency. I think my phrasing will give you the same "teeth" to your provision without making a p411 logo something providers would want to avoid.

Tobors revised statement is much more acceptable... However I for one have no
problem showing the information on my Id that is required by p411 however I will tape over the rest and I sure as hell won't show anything other than the Day of my birth and the picture on my dl, the provider has no right to see the rest of my info.

The day that P411 becomes my hobby police is the day I will quit hobbying........I will be damned if I am going to give a provider that kind of control over our session.........if I am not comfortable (for whatever reason, photo-shop, looks, hygiene) and walk away from the session, gina just put herself in the position to decide my fate.......and I paid her for the privilege??????.........I don't fucking thinck so.

If you arrive at an appointment and refuse to show id to confirm you are the true account holder, you will be on the hook for the session fee and your P411 account suspended until the situation is resolved. This is not an option for any client member, although it is up to the provider whether she asks to see id or not (and I realize that MANY don't!).

If Gina is going to suspend accounts, all parties accounts need to be suspended until the issue is resolved........not just the hobbyists.

In regards to p411, I've always been in that position.... and I kick both providers and clients off of P411 almost daily. The amount of money they have paid me doesn't determine whether they get the boot or not, their actions and reactions do.

Interesting point...............now, we know that you will decide whether we should or should not pay for a session that does not happen (for he said/she said reasons).........and keep the money to boot..........that is why we share this information on a SHMB...........good luck with that.

Actually, I usually refund the membership fee when I give a client the boot (providers are free, so nothing to refund). I don't want his stinkin' money if it gets to that point.

If a provider wanted to get personal info on a guy, I am sure there are a number of ways it can happen.

I would have no problem showing a lady my id (for a QUICK glance) if she asked. I would not hand it to her, but put my fingers over everything but my picture, show her, then cover everything except the DAY of my birthdate.

It is much to do about nothing.

If the provider wants to make sure the guy she sees is REALLY the guy who sent her a note on p411, that is fine - it is all about MUTUAL comfort.

And if you aren't comfortable showing your id, MOVE ON.....who cares???

I so agree CB, and I would like to support Gina and her service. She has always required ID, and if you don't read the fine print when you sign up for her service whose fault is that? She takes the time to explain everything right there in black and white on the site. She runs a great service and has been doing this for a very long time.

seems to have heightened it.
mores the reason I never use these 'services'.
my known providers vouch for me.
if that is not good enough, i move on down the list.

I have always thought P411 a great idea. I encourage the providers to give OK's to keep the other ladies safer. however, and more recently, ladies are less likely to give those OK's. first it has been awhile since that guy saw them and they want him to come back and see her rather than she give the reference. With P411 the lady gives the reference very close to the day she had the appt.

2. When ladies quit their OK's are still there.
3. Even when the lady is still active sometimes she can't get back to you quickly.

I'm telling you that when you see 14 OK's for a guy and you recognize at least 4 of the ladies you are very comfy with that guy from the minute he walks in the door.

If you chose the last 4 digets carefully you won't be giving away much, it is little enough to show that is you. A little duck tape goes a long way.

It's a service, nothing more nothing less. I certainly read the requirement when I signed up for the service and have no issues showing my ID. When I got into the hobby, it was a tough start. I hobby way out of my home town, getting verified was extremely difficult. Now, it's so much easier to get right past that part.

CB stated it very well. This is much to do about nothing.

Yes Im gonna second that ,thank you Gina I always feel more at ease when a potential is a verified member of P411. I have never(knock on wood) had a problem with safety concerns from any of the fellas who are members. I agree with Dagny,it does put you at ease when you recognize a few known providers in their OKs'. Thanks to the guys who are members and bunches of thanks to you Gina for looking out for us providers and hobbyist!

We should not lose sight of the fact that P411 is good for the hobby............they are not immune to scrutiny and discussion...........they are not the holy grail..........they are part of the hobby community.

As previously stated if the gents has a good amount of ok's, you should be fine anyway.

To the gents, if you share your client ID, with a buddy, seems harmless right, well lets just say your buddy with your client ID, cash and dash a gal, beat her and runs. Thats your client ID and reputation, meanwhile the poor gal is posting alerts and all that, and you didn't do anything. Your buddy did. How exactly would your prove your case.
