do clients ever look at "short term availability"?

I look. I often have to plan my sessions in advance but I do look to see who is available incase on the off chance I'm free to play at a moments notice

Each time I think I got it figured out... I'll profess my ignorance, where is the short term availability link? I've never noticed it and regretting that now! It sounds like great thing for providers and clients both!
I'm on the road right now and only have a smartphone, is this only available from a computer that doesn't fit in my pocket? Thanks for any info in advance

I have to plan my sessions in advance too, and I don't like the idea of keeping a girl on the ropes for a plan B.

It's just a thread that is stickied at the top of the ISO/Requests Forum.

The biggest problem I have with the Short Term Availability is (admittedly) my own mental issue. If a provider posts that she has a last minute availability from 2:00-4:00, all I can think is "Who was she seeing up until 2:00, and who is waiting to see her at 4:00?" I realize that this is irrational, but it's what comes to mind.

One can set this display functionality in their respective profile.

Goto profile then "Edit Options" then on the right go to "Thread Display Options" and then go to 'Thread Display Mode'.

I prefer "She gets out of class by 2:00 and has to pick up her kid by 4:00." It just works better for me! LOL

I just click the 'View First Unread' link in the upper left of the thread. Takes you right to the new stuff!

Being new here, I'm not sure were this feature is located. I'm still learning...you know the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks... but I'm trying. Everything I do is spur of the moment or last minute so I would definitly use it.
