What's Your Preference?

Well 15 is the most visually pleasing for me on the men's chart. However, I prefer rocker abs over a 6 pack. So I would prefer an Anthony Keitis style 15 model .. I thinkk 6 packs are a bit ninja turtle-ish.

I am more about personality over looks.. I visually like heavier verses turtle abs. On the men's chart 15-30(35).

Omfg that is too funny! I think the same ninja turtle thing! What really drove it home was my Bestie has a 6 pack that I actually painted for him this year for Halloween because he was going as a ninja turtle instead of the situation again.

I don't really care about body fat percentages. I usually ask their weight and height and shoot for a provider who is 120 or under...if they can't provide a picture.

If they are charging 300+ I think they should be in terrific shape. Firm, proportionate and no cottage cheese. I don't see me asking, " what's your fat percentage?"

Yeah, they're way off. I was measured once (a long time ago) as 12% body fat, with calipers, which isn't all that accurate, and I was nowhere near that thin.

We take it to unhealthy extremes on both ends. Over eating under eating and so on. I have a medical disorder but I'm still guilty of not going to the gym or doing zumba and carbing before fetish balls and bbw fan fest. It's terrible for me but it pays my bills. I suffer from it because it's triple hard for me to take weight off compared to a healthy person. After I do these things I live at the gym and do the other extreme unhealthy thing just to take off what I put on so quickly.
