DD, don't know the story about a drunk showing up...totally uncool. But how do people end up finding out personal stuff like where you live or where you work, to begin with?

And as far as marriage proposal, within hobbyland...now that sends cold shivers up and down my spine, lol

But I for one, am sick and tire off all this...I'm retiring announcement or I'm taking a break annoucement.
If a person is done with hobbyland...PM your friends...otherwise just leave, for gosh sakes. If someone is taking a break...no need to make an annoucement, and especially no reason to continue to post during one's break. Otherwise the person will look the fool...and be treated as a fool

I understand where your coming from, but in this case it was sort of a forced retirement. As for how they get personal info, most often from former provider friends or former boyfriends who may have known about the business. I would think however that the fact that there are other board members who have been leaking ML information might be a little concerning to folks. Especially when that person has already shown no pattern of hurtful posts about cancer victims.
