Yes, I had this one guy requesting an apt. he had two references that were no longer providing, I then asked him for a check stub, funny he doesnt have one either, I ask if he can sign up for p411, well no he cant. A w2 form during tax time is highly effective, they block out any info besides name and work place, done, you know they are not LE.
How much can you really get from a glance at a name and verifiy it against an id? guys want to play at no cost to them but fail to understand the risk we take with these newbies..

Lola,
Please read the other thread about screening. I am not the only person who will not provide personal information to a provider. I also will not sign up for p411. This is my choice and if a provider is not ok with it then so be it. I told you this. I also told you that I believe you have the right to see whomever you want, said I thought you were beautiful, and good luck.
Please understand I have a check stub, I have a W2 and I have a 1099 for dividend income. I would never give a full copy of this to any provider. to satisfy your curiosity however I have scanned boxes 1-13 of my W2 and sent them to your email address as I can't figure out how to post a pic or scan on here. No personal information just salary, taxes, withholding etc.
Summary: Box 1 $323600.00, Box2 $70800.00, Box 3 $110100, Box4 $4624.20, Box 5 $323600.00, Box 6$4692.2.
You will have it in a few minutes.

Putting an escort on the payroll as a W-2 employee is not a good idea. It makes you wide open for a sexual harassment suit if she wants to file. I have seen some dumb company owners do it in the past with Vegas escorts. If they only knew. Bad idea.

Thanks for the tax advice. I made an estimated tax payment on January 10 of $35000.00 due to a qualified dividend that I will get 1099'd for too. How does the withholding look now.

I'm not sure what a check stub or W2 will verify for hobbying someone can easy make a fake check stub or copy and paste fake information into the boxes. Those threads have been around lately. Are you trying to get the FEIN number and do a search?
Some of my friends do know my real name there are few that I've known for years and built a trust. They haven’t failed me yet.

That would depend on the amount of the qualified dividend and the holding period. I'm assuming the balance is ordinary income?

I tried to explain that very thing (Fake W2) to the provider who asked for the information and she advised that she could check it against my DL. (I assume when we met.) That was a no no for me too. Doesn't really matter now. She wasn't comfortable with what I was willing to provide and I wasn't comfortable with what she wanted.
Doesn't change the fact that I think she is gorgeous and would love to see her but that's the way it goes. No harm no foul.

While its great that you're sharing your W2 with everyone, it doesn't mean shit if you can't be screened.
I got it p411 without giving them ANY personal information. Use some references to see providers that are on p411, and ask them to vouch for you when you sign up. Send an anonymous western union payment and you're done! You'll even start with okays from the ladies that helped verify you.
Now go be nice to the ladies and get some references, then get your p411.

I am not an accountant. I just pay whatever my accountant tells me I need to pay. I own my own company (C Corp) and she does my taxes for both company and personal. I take salary and dividend income each year based on what I can afford and what she advises is the best for tax purposes.
Enough about taxes. I didn't mean to get this thread off topic.

No problem - just a plug for LB, if it is her you are speaking about- you can trust her.
She is legitimate and at the same time concerned for her safety. In person, she is even prettier than her photos and video.

I kinda started a thread about this earlier and it was misconstrued by a few. It is, in a way dangerous, to give away personal information too soon, however, in certain cases, as in myself... When I'm home based I see clients in my personal home. Even if they are P411 certified, etc, I still wanna make sure they are who I was chatting with before our meeting for the first time. It's my home. I see some high profile clients. None have had a problem giving me their id to show name. Truth is, I look at first name and picture, period. And really, how could someone really memorize one's home addy in the beginning of a 1 hr session glancing quickly. I personally have a college degree and can't do that... I have joint custody of my children. My clients know this upfront, as politefully warned that if they are at my home without an appt, there is only ill intentions, etc.. My clients respect this in me because I'm so UTR and they know I'm safe. That's why I have so many regulars and have only so many weekly spots for new clientel. Who knows? LE could grab a client, per say, on a way to a hotel room, and come in place of him. If I don't check id, then I am not only putting myself at risk, but the next client at risk as well.... ie, door getting kicked in later, etc... I don't know, but I've heard some horror stories.. I'm very new to this profession. I'm actually a credited (small time) actress/model that wished I would have figured this out about 10 years eariler when I was in my 20's. Giggles...
Anyways, I'm bored, and on tour, but my point was... please don't put the fear of God in every hobbist. Not every provider is ill intentioned and looking out for more. My ex husband and I were in the lifestyle together, so even though I'm relatively new, it's not weird meeting new people, right?, and I'm in the prime of my peak, right? but I am also safe, and secure, and DO require personal information to ensure that myself and present and future clientel are safe as kittens too.. does it make sense now for some providers to ask for a lot of personal info upfront? I don't ask for job info, etc, but most clients feel comfy enough with me to tell me stuff like that, bc I'm so upfront with them. They usually see a short of an Indy I've filmed, or seen my FB page, or something... I provide as much personal info as I expect out of my clients, if that makes sense...

It is also a trap....luring you into a very busted situation.
I see way too many guys offering their personal information (real name, where they work, etc...) and they give it WAY to soon! Lately I've heard some horror stories....and I'm talking the ones that totally devistated ones life.
I know it must seem like a gesture of good faith....and seemingly put into the right persons hands....would not bring harm.
BUT....I am here to say guys....GET OVER IT! This hobby world is a huge ACT. Everyone puts on some type of act and pretends they are who they aren't (for good reason)!
I get uncomfortable if a gentleman offers too much information about himself either before he meets me....or even after about two sessions. I don't need to be the holder of that info !!!
NOW...there are those clients, whom I've known for years (like 2 or more years) and I know everything about them. But the trust was developed over time.
And there again, those clients I've known for years who I still have no clue of their real name or pretty much nil about their personal life. I am comfortable with THAT in a BIG way.
Just be careful my fellow hobbyist.
THINK before you fuck....
Does anyone offer this advise as well, or do you think it BENEFITS you to disclose personal info so that it "brings you closer" to the provider....?

Perhaps you can't, but I know for a fact that there are some ne'er-do-wells out there that can.
Requiring an ID means you'll be missing out on a significant amount of business. This just isn't the type of thing where you put your personal information out there to be used against you.
