On topic, hopefully Mexico will get the same hospitality they give us with their court system, minus the mordida, of course.
Are you picking nits once again?

Yes, I do believe both Thomas and Alito are more conservative than Roberts. From my perspective, they are both ever so slightly to the left of the most Conservative Justice on the Supreme Court, Antonin Scalia. I consider Roberts to be the least conservative of the four Far Right Supreme Court Justices (that's not saying much).

I do not consider the Obamacare vote to be the dividing line between conservative status on the Court. If so, Kennedy would need to be listed as a Conservative Justice. I consider Kennedy to be more Moderate than Roberts and often represents the swing vote on the Court.

For the record, I left out Roberts when I originally responded and shortly thereafter edited the original statement to include him. Deservedly so!

No. Not at all. I generally define judicial temperment based on the manner of interpretation of legislation, which includes constitutional provisions, and the examination, faithfulness, and following of precedent from past decisions, as opposed to policial beliefs as expressed publicly or written. That is why I was asking.

I was "following" Thomas when he headed up the EEOC, and listened to him the confirmation hearings. Subsequently, reading his opinions on interesting topics.
