The flu has indeed been rampant in NWA this year. I got my shot but didn't really have a choice...my VA doc doesn't take no for an answer very well. I was, as a result, the only one in the house to NOT get a case of the week long hell.

Britt, by being so up front, honest and apologetic in your post about the reasons for NCNS, you just jumped up a couple of notches on my list ... and you have been way up there for some time.
I think the medical community guessed wrong when they picked the strain(s) of the flu they were protecting us against with this season's flu shots. I got mine in October, then spent two full miserable days recently wishing I could die. So, I get it.
Many would not have bothered even attempting to call or explain, so my pants .... err, I mean, hat, is off to you.
