Yeah they do use them on people ... fetish thing. But they should use shock collars on more people.



Many people use shock as a last resort. Some dogs just do not respond to other methods and even Cesar Milan has recommended them occasionally.

There are sometimes dogs with certain behaviors that are incorrigible, and for them the shock collar is truly the last resort.
