I have only a few really close select friends that know what I do. I would never tell anyone in my family in fear that they would probably try to take my child away from me. You kno0w, because they probably have NEVER done anything risque in their lives.... lol.

I actually do have a PT job as an attendant for a disabled gal who I take to UT to study social work and psych. It pays my bills and I'm super low volume to just save for a trip home to Australia. I told all my friends and family about my foot fetish biz when I was in LA. They thought it was weird but loved me the same and just thought that was part of my quirkiness... BUT if they knew I have "expanded"my services now in ATX ...they would probably think less of me so I have kept it to my self. This is strange for me coz I'm a super open person but I feel like I would get serious judgment and condemnation.

Lately it has been weird for me to meet guys in bars who want my number coz I feel like ...why give it away for free? I guess that is one of the weird down sides of this hobby. Still learning a lot. I often think what I would tell a guy that I really fell for... perhaps there is a guy out there that wouldn't care and love me for me... but hmmmm I'm thinking it's generally a definite DEALBREAKER!!

Pretty obvious that I can sling a word or three together, and yes, I really do have a journalism degree and used to work for a daily paper, a monthly rag, er, mag, and a small radio station in California before I moved to Texas, and then I had jobs related to communications in some way. I used to tell curious relatives that I was with an advertising/public relations firm. (My relations with the male public make them very firm, and I was always advertising that.

) Meeting clients who wanted "exposure" in the Houston market for their "goods" explained my out-of-town trips.

Most of you have probably seen all the Renaissance photos, and I have so many costumes in different themes that I have to rent a climate-controlled storage unit near my incall, not to mention props for every holiday and many events like Mardi Gras. (I was part of a small amateur theater troupe for years, and did do a lot of the performance wardrobe.) I tell inquiring minds now that I work in the entertainment field (SO true), including event production, theatrical costuming, and set design. I've even had people leaving my incall hauling out garments I've decided to sell off, and the management knows I live elsewhere but use this apartment when I'm in town for business, and my private garden courtyard for photography. (Explains any visitors I might have, although no one seems to care here. My neighbors aren't home much. One of them is a traveling businessman who also just uses his apartment for stay-overs when he's in Houston, another is a musician gone every night on a gig.) I've spent a lot of time developing this persona, even giving out TRF tickets to the staff, and it's working so well that the manager just had me order a Victorian dress she'll wear for her church's presentation of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" in December. I told her that I sold ALL types of costuming, including adult erotic, and she previously had me get her a pair of stripper heels and a cheerleader outfit. (Makes me wonder what SHE does for spare money?)
