6. Booking sessions right after a surgery, or any other physical issue or doctor visit, that limits their ability to provide (yes I've actually had this happen to me twice)

While upselling is also a a deal breaker, top three have to be what is above. I can handle everything else but these three things will have me out the door pretty damn quick most of the time.
