I agree with sbh, they had a misunderstanding that lead to an appointment falling through. But at this point if they were to meet it wouldn't make for a pleasant session for either party with the tension that's built up. Best to just leave it as it is and move on to the next adventure.

As far as communication with Julie goes, I too have never seen her in person but have PMed her on eccie about non-hobby related matters and she took time to respond back and forth with me.
I know I've had providers flat out ignore me if I email/PM them about non-hobby matters or even to advance screen for a future trip because they don't want to waste time on only a "possible" future appt. Then when I email them a month later when I'm about to leave for my trip and interestingly they respond. So I have nothing by positive thoughts about Julie's way of communication.
