Why can't a citizen of Indonesia sue me? Obama became an Indonesian citizen, at the age of five when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. As far as we know, he still is. No one has ever asked him about it.

Obama was also a dual citizen of America and Kenya at birth, since his father was (supposedly) a Kenyan. We don't know if Obama ever renounced his Kenyan citizenship at twenty one. Kenyan law does not allow dual citizenship after the age of twenty one. Obama had to chose between being a citizen of Kenya or any other country when he turned twenty one.
