Hey man...cool your nerves. This woman is the stalker type. Some are dangerous, and some are just fucking assholes.

To deal with a stalker, or a cunt with Antisocial personality disorder...or even some sort of personality disorder is to do some research on these people first.

Typically they only live in the now. They love power, and they love seeing reactions. Your job at this point is damage control. Here's what you need to do:

1.) CUT ALL COMMUNICATION. Do NOT pursue vengeance. It turns into a game for these people and in the end,...you will lose. Again, CUT ALL COMMUNICATION.

2.) She will continue to harass you. I wouldn't worry too much to these threats. In the end she has more to lose than you do. Every time you respond, she wins. You need to start DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING. If you have a smartphone, there's plenty of apps out there that saves text messages. Look for "SMS backup".

3.) Blackmail is a felony in some states. The more you document the better. I agree with a previous poster, you need to get yourself a PI and get yourself into a position of power. Start learning your enemy. Again, while doing this, DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF HER THREATS.

4.) If you don't have firearm training, get some. God only know who else she knows. I suggest a 12gauge shotgun or a 9mm pistol (assuming your state does not require permit). Just knowing you have this in your house, will actually calm some of your nerves.

5.) I have to repeat this...CUT ALL COMMUNICATION. When you let your stalker/psychopath know what you're feeling, they use it against you. When you immediately cut contact, it actually angers them quite a bit-- some stop, some try other avenues.

6.) If you have documentation that PROVES BEYOND A RESONABLE DOUBT that you are being blackmailed...I hate to tell you this, but you need to head to the police. Once paperwork is filed for a "restraining order" the ball is in your court. If she continues to harass you AFTER the paperwork is filed, she will be thrown in jail.

7.) The proof on your part STARTS when you text her this one simple message, "You are to stop contacting me in any way. This includes email, phone, cell phone, and personal contact. You are not to come 100 yards of me, my work place, and where I reside." Once you have this proof that you send this to her, STOP ALL COMMUNICATION. This shows you're being harassed and blackmailed despite the fact you said to stop. If you respond back, it gets shady in police work documentation. After that message, document everything and never respond back.

This is all I have for you unfortunately. But listen to me carefully when I say this: CUT ALL COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! It better to come clean to your wife. I wouldn't say you cheated on her, but tell her you went to a strip club, and now you got a stalker bitch. I don't know your situation, but you need to start putting things in order.

I recently had a provider try that shit with me. Called my work and told them she was sexual harrased but gave a fake name. She was pissed that I walked out on her after I got that she started to try and upsell everything. Did not work. I dont push easy and she finally backed off. Best to not get to friendly and give personal and name information as some will try this shit on you. Most of the ladies I know are better than that.

My wife and I split up once, and while apart I started a fling with a lady I had known from high school that I saw at a reunion. She was going through a divorce at the time. Fast forward a couple months and the wife and I decide to give it another try and work it out. I told the high school "friend" what was going on and that I could not see her any more. She freaked! I get home to find out she has my unlisted home number that she got by calling my parents. She has left me a message on my answering machine telling me she is going to call my wife. STEP 1 I called the phone company and had them immediatly change the number, told my parents to NEVER give out my number. Step 2 I went to a pay phone and called her to explain I didn't care what she did, but that I had already told my wife everything, then I hung up on her. Step 3 I had my secreatary (who's ass I've covered for many times) call her the next morning at 630, waking her up, to tell her "this is the wife, screw you, I know all about you, take the sorry jack ass if you want him but stay away from my children & me." It worked, she never tried to contact me again, and when I've seen her around town she always goes the other way. Maybe you have a female friend that could call her? If so use a drop phone and trash it once the call is made! Good luck.

Actually, blackmail is a felony in EVERY state because it is a federal offense. As such, it will be referred to the FBI for investigation. The good news for you is that you can go to the feds and file a formal complaint without your SO ever knowing about it. The FBI will contact your stalker for the investigation and 99% of the time, this is enough to let her know you are serious, it scares the shit out of her and she fades into oblivion. This chick may be nuts, but I doubt she wants to go to prison for the small amount of money involved here.

Yes blackmail is a felony in some states but here is where the problem is at if she has no crimnal record she will get a slap on the wrist with either a fine or probabtion!!! But you
might have the upper hand if shes been on any type of defered adjudicated probation or
is on probation now a threat of contacting her po could work if you have a real name for
her run thru Dallas Co or even by her phone number you never know what might pop up!!!
