thats fine
now they get to decide if its civil or criminal ... since Issa is already on record saying there was no criminal intent ... that must leave civil on the table. That should play out in how many years? and at the end of the day prove what? Republicans will go to any length and spend countless hours and taxpayer dollars to bring attention to a civil suit ???
ranks right up there with ball players that juice up

In retrospect, it really doesn't matter. The government now effectively has complete control. Even if Holder is investigated and prosecuted, it is a minor matter at this point. A distraction, actually. We are no longer a free country, so what the hell does it matter if the government is giving guns to thugs to use to kill us?

Quite simply, there's a fundamental misconception at the heart of the Fast and Furious scandal. Nobody disputes that suspected straw purchasers under surveillance by the ATF repeatedly bought guns that eventually fell into criminal hands. Issa and others charge that the ATF intentionally allowed guns to walk as an operational tactic. But five law-enforcement agents directly involved in Fast and Furious tell Fortune that the ATF had no such tactic. They insist they never purposefully allowed guns to be illegally trafficked. Just the opposite: They say they seized weapons whenever they could but were hamstrung by prosecutors and weak laws, which stymied them at every turn.

Waiting for the first political ECCIE theorist to suggest that Obama pushed for the Supreme Court ruling on health-care to come out prior to the election so that it could be timed to come out at just the opportune time for it to overshadow the F&F investigation.
Who might it be?

I think the SCOTUS acts when it wants to, I doubt if they can be pushed. They are at least as arrogant as the other two branches.

LOL! No, they have been arrogant for a long time. Even when they are right, which is becoming less and less often, they are an arrogant branch of government.

didnt think so ... is that why you casually interjected the guns were used to kill americans?
nonetheless
the guns werent walked by the atf, and didnt kill anyone, Issa said no crimes went down ... the entire basis for the republican "need to know" is out the window
on the day the SC blew the shorts off the GOP, Issa and company make history by holding congress in contempt, then have their asses handed back to them by a reporter and 5 atf agents
pardon me but ...
