I think most of what has been shared would be a consensus on what hobbyists consider a GFE experience, so for the most part I agree with what many have said. There are a couple of points I'd like to add for clarity:
DFK vs LFK vs FK
Some may say they expect "deep french kissing" to classify a GFE. I think "light french kiss" can fall there too, since I personally am not all that big into trying to see how far my tongue can go down your throat or you trying the same to me. passionate with tongue exploration that feels like I'm kissing a girlfriend is what should matter, IMO.

Now, i have added a "FK" aka "french kiss" more to signify very light kissing that comes across as dispassionate. To me, this is what you get from providers who don't offer GFE because they have a line that true passionate kissing is too 'real'. I can respect that if you don't advertise GFE, but don't put it on the menu and then give me FK.

Also, nobody mentioned MSOG. While MP (multi positions) is definitely an expectation, for a hobbyist booking a full hour (or more obviously) then I feel if me and my gf are both frisky, in the mood and I want another turn, she'll provide, so in a GFE I would expect that in a FS hour or more session. Surprisingly, it seems to be a question that still has to be asked since not all GFE providers indicate if they allow for that or not (and reviewers don't always indicate if that was available or not).

So, including the prior inputs (e.g. UTR ATF's post), if you advertise GFE and don't at least give sincere LFK or offer MSOG then it's not GFE to me.
