Being a free bird myself , can't imagine being one providers exclusive client. As we spoke of before Ezra ( variety ). I do see some ladies repeatedly, even good friends. Somehow they seem capable of sharing , without the jealousy and backstabbing. Ezra, you have no idea the intricacies in this situation.

As far as I am concerned, a client list is close and personal. Anyone offering it to new and random people is fowl. Perhaps some see it as not a big deal. I think you are trusted with people interested in you. When you go away that goes away.

An assistant should never offer up that list. Ever. Market your new girls for how good they are and leave it at that.

I don't own a client I OWN my list. They can see who ever they want but marketing to "maxeens client list" is fowl.

I see babe. But I'm still in aw of how client lists are being formed here and are considered owned. I collaborate w two very beautiful respectable ladies here in Austin, and each of us have our "lists" but in no way do we keep them to ourselves. We absolutely love showing eachother off to our regulars newbies etc. I would never tell these ladies they couldn't see the gents I see, nor would they. That's why I'm still confused. Whether she is retired or not, screening or not, running a team of girls or not, how on earth do you steal men?? Lol

Babe I understand what you're saying, but so far I've only gathered that you were told this was allegedly happening right? Marketing entails public tools, advertisements, public words that she said this specific thing. ( meaning there would be proof) I totally get you view her credibility as... Well... None, but if she indeed knows the same gents as you and has been affiliated w them herself how is this stealing ? Again, I don't want you to feel that I'm belittling your sense of betrayal, I'm just trying to figure out why you feel it's a betrayal in the first place.

Ezra apparently when I was screening for Maxeen for a bit of a year or more, she feels that I stole her "client list" which is NOT true. I have never copied any of her emails or have their numbers as she had her own phone they called her on. The ladies I help now were already providing when they came to me for help, just like Maxeen. They already had their list of clients that were emailing. I simply just took over the emails.

MAXEEN I DID NOT TAKE YOUR CLIENTS LIST! You could at least PM or email me whatever clients I have been accused of doing this to. As I am seriously lost and confused.

Ok, still going w what I had said initially, but even though I disagree w the whole client list issue, what does her temporarily being retired ( her sig line states its not even permanent) have much to do w any of her posts?

Are yal just saying this to state that she shouldn't be saying any of this to begin w? I thought retired was meant for providing. If she's screening full time, and it's disclosed, she's not able to fight certain things out on here??!! Keep in mind that Maxeen is considered a part of the really old "austin adorables" crew. Behaviors like this are/were standard operation.

Ezra, Max is retired. I screen, book and provide. Max does not screen for ladies...or maybe she does now and is why she is pissed at me. No idea. I do agree that even though she is retired, that she still has a right to post whatever she wants. But to attack a long term friend that has been to hell and back with her...not cool.

This could have been handled off the board.
