I have the original slide right here on my desk. Would you like me to take a picture of the actual slide? A scan of the original slide? I can have someone meet you with the slide, but that would be a little ridiculous because all I need is proof of the original slide, and that is easy to do since I have the only full resolution copy as well as the actual slide.

While it always helps to plaster watermarks on all images, I do not do it on every image. So perhaps I should warn you that you are falling victim to one of the biggest myths on the internet.

This myth results from past law, and misunderstandings of past law being passed along. In virtually all cases, photo copyright is valid whether or not there is a copyright notice.

I got this information from a lawyer...where did you get your information?

Hmmm...the only thing I can think of where I may be close to what you describe is a chat I had with a user, but that was merely entertainment because he was trying to save my soul and take it to heaven...and we were PMing each back and forth....but thanks, for the heads up, I will not be replying that person any longer...and I really won't be following Whispers around...I just popped my head for one day...ease up fellas!

What's ironic is that I am responding here to a mock user who is basically breaking rule number 17 more than me, giggle...but whatever!

I just saw this...I won't edit what I said previously, but thanks...like I said, the use of my photos are what is causing me distress, not the mock user, and not the insults. We all here know I am the rightful owner of my own photos, and that IS in and of itself a copyright, according to my lawyer and what I know.

How true a statement that is.
In that vane I find it very amusing that someone would take being flattered as Intimadation and seemingly overnight, change the way they present themselves to others to avoid further imitation. One would think that someone being flattered would appreciate it as being a good thing and not run away like a scared little boy.
