Retroverted uterus isn't all that uncommon. You can usually tell in doggystile because you don't hit the cervix head on as easily. You can also tell in some other positions. Also I think it's harder to get pregnant but I could be wrong on that. I don't know about everything all or nothing, I can only speak from my experience. About the kegals for menstration, Im only stating what I was told. They wanted to speed up menstration because they believed getting the blood out as fast as possible because it was better for the spirit.
