I think I have seen that the Elves will allow photography or videos during their sessions.

It is, and it has been discussed here on ECCIE many times previously . . . as a reminder, however, it is only the recording of explicit or simulated sexual acts that can get you in trouble, nudity is perfectly okay - as long as there is no "insertion" or illusion thereof portrayed in the images, you're above board.

Interestingly, it is NOT illegal in Iowa and it (recording an "appointment" on video media) has been used (successfully, many times over) as an affirmative defense against prostitution - even when the recording is destroyed immediately following the performance and not (re)viewed (some ladies simply "forget" to take off he lens cap - hey, mistakes happen!). Iowa LE has gone so far as to state in the media on the record that they "can't find a way to prevent it" as a loophole against a form of "legalized" prostitution within their great State. As far as I know, the loophole has not been effectively closed by the Iowa legislature, at least not yet. You need the correct releases, etc. - and you need to know how to set it up to get away with it, but it is relatively easy if you do a little homework. There was an entire discussion here on ECCIE previously about that issue specifically and the issue of photography and videography (and filmography) in both Kansas and Missouri - and unfortunately, even when produced for one's own private consumption between married individuals, the courts in both KS and MO have on appeal agreed that capturing any image under any circumstance(s) that depict actual sexual events is a felony in both jurisdictions. So don't film your wife going down on you if you live around here, you risk a felony that is difficult to expunge and some courts have interpreted it as a registrable (think sex-offender database) offense (although that aspect has been over-turned upon appeal in certain instances) . . .

However, as I mentioned, Iowa is fair game . . . Perhaps, that is at least a reason to visit. I wonder if their tourism board will pick up on it . . . "Iowa, where fucking on film is A-OK".

Good luck! Be safe!

Kisses,

- Jackie

Who in the hell are the Elves?

And what we do here is illegal so I am not so much concerned with that. I also can't believe that it is considered a felony to take a picture of a female going down on me, and can even lead to being considered a sex offender?
Would I be considered a sex offender if I contacted someone that turned out to be LE say from BP?

I think they work in several different states but have a great reputation in NOLA but I see they post ads in Dallas, Tennessee and Kansas.

The difference is that what we do here (if you allow for the possibility that there MAY be activity occurring from participation here that is NOT a legal escort call) ::wink wink:: is a misdemeanor (most likely) if you're caught. When things begin to fall over the felony edge, a lot of people (rightfully, understandably) begin to have larger concerns.

I know it is hard to believe - but it is true, there are numerous prosecutions as precedent. The images are felonious, and they will prosecute - even married couples.

Would you be considered a sex offender if you contacted someone that turned out to be LE say from BP? Well, that is a touchy hypothetical. If the ad was placed by LE and it was OBVIOUS that the lady in the ad was portrayed to be not of age or she was portrayed to be of diminished capacity and you showed up for the appointment, it is POSSIBLE. Not necessarily probable, but more than possible. Similar "stings" have occurred and resulting prosecutions were registrable offenses when adjudicated. Some jurisdictions are moving towards mandatory registration for persons convicted in this endeavor - as it is right now, only in Louisiana can people convicted of selling their bodies (and those that patronize them) be required to register as a sex offender. Link to lawsuit.

Be safe!

Kisses,

- Jackie

All of what Jackie says is true, I will say however that, the judge could make you register even for solisitation if he or she wants and force you to appeal and lidigate the decision, multiple offense can trigger that as well. I know someone who had to register because he was caught urinating in public and was charged with indecent exposure.

That isn't the half of it. Kansas law is so restrictive after the 2011 legislative session that downloading an explicit R rated movie or one that has realistic gore, such as Catch 22, would probably run afoul if the law. They were so focused on so called 'sexting' by teens that the Church Lady dirty word police wrote the law so broad it catches just about anything of a remotely risqué nature. In fact, it dawned on them that the felony aspect was so draconian that they are running a correction bill on juveniles this year, but that is the only piece lightening up. People, I'm telling you, if we don't all start voting against the j-freaks and pushing back they will not only shell out the whole country financially, but have already made great progress of getting rid of your commonly accepted civil rights, too. You can start with the Patriot Act, but all if this is a Sandbox thread so I'll stop.

This entire thing just boggles my mind. I can contact a provider who turns out to be LE and simply be fined, but if I take a picture of my girlfriend with her lips on my dick its a fuckin felony and I then show up on a sex offender list?

Thanks for the info Jackie you have been a big help! What I was asking about in BP was about providers of age. I am just very cautious because the last thing I need is a felony or worse. I pretty much will only see a provider that is a VP here or referred by someone I know/respect.

Pretty much, yeah - it could (can and does) happen. Hide the photos well, use can use your computer to store them and use Steganography to obfuscate them on your hard drive (even after you've encrypted them). The best program I have found - Steganos. Using Steganos even provides plausible deniability that you're hiding anything . . . a big plus if you ever find yourself in litigation. TrueCrypt accomplishes the same thing at no cost (it is open source) but not as easily configured.

You're welcome. Do be cautious with the younger providers on BP - there are a few threads in the national forums here on ECCIE that can offer you a lot of pointers and assistance in staying / playing safe.

I love how this started out as a request for adult films that cater to a female audience -- with the OP specifically saying that she didn't watch online porn for fear of viruses -- and it has gotten to the point where people are recommending online sites featuring milk enemas.
