Good, now, when I recommend a diet program for my clients I'll tell the women to start swallowing, not a lot of extra calories, and it has all the nutrients they need. I think their husbands will be hella happy.

Iam curious. Why would you as a Personal Trainer reccomend the ingestion of Sperm. Lets set a few facts straight. This thread really isn't referring to Sperm but rather to Semen which is the fluid in which Sperm reside. Seminal fluid has a nutritional composituion for the sperm to survive in until conception. Seminal fluid also acts as a mode of transport for sperm. Although the ingestion of Semen may not be harmful to a person, it certainly doesn't offer any benefits.
