I had mine done when I graduated college ( yes, the parents asked me what I wanted for a gift and I said a boob job and a car LOL) and so it's been many years since then. I haven't noticed a change but I've heard that it's safest to get them replaced every 10 to 15 years. I had saline implants and the doctor I went to performed an excellent surgery. They're even more sensitive now, and very soft.
I had a friend who did lose a lot of weight and yes, her implants did sag because of the loose skin. So she had the loose skin tightened up and had smaller implants put in. Her implants were originally large because SHE was large, but when she lost the weight, it looked ridiculous to have sagging basketball like boobs on her chest.
