Bookendings are fantastic but not very common in my experience :-(

Always a mystery where to put my hands during a massage, unless you keep a cold room and I have to tuck 'em under where my "warmth" is. Normally, at some point I let them hang straight down off the table and when the therapist is in range(<50% risk of falling off table while reaching for her) I'll brush her leg or maybe give her calf a slight squeeze and glide upwards to lightly massage the patella and back of the knee. Proceed based on her reaction, or lack thereof.
Most enjoyable, for me even during therapeutic massage, is for me to be kneading my therapist's calves, thighs, arms, etc whatever is presented and within comfortable reach. If she decides my touch is quite pleasing and offers to swap places...Even better! Still can't decide which I like better...giving or receiving massage to/from a beautiful woman....but it's one of them!

I like to make you feel my breast on you, whether it be on your head while going up and down the back or make the hand touch it while i'm doing your arms. The stretching of the arms is another technique to let you brush up against it. But, as far as the daty goes, I was wondering if it's uncommon for the provider to climb up on your face while in the supine position. (looking up) Do any providers offer that?

My experience is that it is uncommon tho not unwanted!
