LOL! Patients can pay for whatever procedures they want or are recommend by their doctor. An insurance company declining to pay for something doesn’t disallow it from happening, only who gets the bill.

The phrase for the day on many of the News Outlets is “Jury Nullification”.

In this instance, it could pop up, according to the State Prosecutors.

Of course, no officer of the court can openly mention this during testimony, but unless there is tampering, a Juror is free to vote any way he or she pleases.

Here are the Federal Charges.

I can't agree with you more.

It's better to invest in preventive health maintenance than have the entitled right bleed you fiscally dry when you are in the ER with a condition that could have been caught early.

The right has a clue on how to fleece citizens to line their pockets.
Why don't you tell us where socialize medicine works...that was the question you deflect on because you can't provide an answer...and never will.
So much for your leftwing socialize medicine dream.

Okay. But before I do, I can only give an example from a person who has first hand experience with socialized medicine from another country and his experience in this country.
*BUT* when I ask *YOU* for something, you will quid pro quo without dither or deflection.

If that is acceptable to you, I will answer.

Lucas is right. Guy murdered a man with premeditation.

Justice must be served and it better be at least life without parole. Old Testament justice is clear, as long as there are witnesses (it’s on video of course…).

”Moreover, you shall accept no ransom for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death, but he shall be put to death.”

If the man’s family wants capital punishment then that should be meted out.

People come here from countries with socialize medicine because they don't want to wait for life saving care that they might die before the get the much needed care to save their lives, but your socialist utopian believes can't comprehend that.

Guess that is you deflecting on actually doing a real exchange here.

Glad to see those maggie traits flying high by not wanting to contribute first hand like I wanted to if you would do so likewise when asked.

Luigi committed murder! Yes

But potentially how many lives can be saved by Healthcare change?

Tally is 1 ceo vs possibly millions!

With changes to Healthcare insurance that last number could drop significantly. Maybe saving some of us or loved ones.
Free luigi....

I bet you'd feel differently if that 1 was someone you loved.

Luigi shouldn't be hailed as some hero in my opinion. If anything he showed just how stupid a smart kid can be now that he's going to be spending the rest of his life in prison.
