Sounds like a bust. If enforcement of CO is all they could apply, well I can get a new CO under a new LLC in a week. No way LE could close 1000 AMPS in Texas by revoking CO. The AMP business in good shape.

It’s a temporary order to give them time to build a case. It’s the common order of things now with the new 2023 law that permits such emergency action.
The defendants still get the right to due process (assuming they are in the US illegally), but don’t assume the battle is over in this or other cases.
I suspect some will win, and others will lose. As the state learns from each of the cases that have been brought since 2023, if they need to tweak the law they can since they are in session again.
Folks need to pay attention to what is going on in Austin. Too few people do, as evidenced by the low level of voting for local and state offices. We get the government we deserve as a result.
