But...Trump's promise was
“When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One”

What matters is if he manages to do either of these things.


If not, he will go down not as the 3rd worst president in history. He could end up the worst of all.

I would not agree "everyone knows." We are talking about maggies here.

*I* think more to the point is that the maggies held old joey to this standard and treated what their Fearless Leader said as god given law. So, the libbys are adopting the Melange One metric. Maggies should not have any problem with donny practicing what he preaches since he expected the demos to do it.

So, it ain't that people are focused on it. They are like how I do my job. I have to back everything that I say. I see no problem with the electorate expecting the same.

If the guy couldn't deliver, he shouldn't have said anything.
