TDLR said it received a complaint that sexual activity took place at one of the three locations in June 2024, which spurred an investigation. During TDLR’s investigation, the agency said it found “several illicit websites” with multiple reviewers discussing services received at the parlor.

Five months later, in November 2024, San Antonio police officers performed an undercover operation at the 1007 Northwest Loop 410 location. While at the parlor, TDLR investigators said they found an unlicensed employee performing massage services.

In the investigation, TDLR said the unlicensed employee indicated that they lived at the location, and sexual services were provided onsite.

At some point, according to TDLR, an employee at the 1007 Northwest Loop 410 location was arrested on “prostitution charges” at the 9386 Huebner Road location. After the arrest, the state said it also ordered the closure of the 13114 Nacogdoches Road location.

The agency said the emergency closure order is the 17th order since a 2023 state law was passed that allowed TDLR to prevent any massage parlor from conducting business if it or law enforcement believes human trafficking is taking place.

I hope you all caught this paragraph: During TDLR’s investigation, the agency said it found “several illicit websites” with multiple reviewers discussing services received at the parlor.

Nuff Said. Keep writing these reviews and you will be getting you massages at Massage Envy or a prostitute in a hotel.

Well, you are on point 500sl. The only difference is when I am asked to write a review by the owner.

Per KSAT News
E-V-E-R-Y S-T-O-R-Y
they post about AMPs
ALWAYS STARTS:
"Spa shut down
for suspected human
trafficking."

It gives the self-righteous,
pearl-clutching, church-going
reader a moral high ground
to look down on those
in the hobby where
everything that happens is
performed by consenting
adults.

It takes the moral dilemma
out of the equation when
you falsely claim...
OH NO !!!!
Human trafficking !

At 98% of the AMPs in SA,
the ladies live on campus.
I hear stories all the time
about the police doing
"inspections" where they
are looking for the signs
of Human Trafficking.

That alone is not enough
to shut an AMP down.
It's usually just a step in
the intimidation of
the spa owners.

SN and K Spa are the
rare exception. However
they previously had
3 AMPs shut
down by the police, so
they got wise and
moved the ladies
off-campus.

I checked the community
crime map going back
over 1 year, and there are
no reports of a sexual
offense for Health Spa
on Huebner.

https://communitycrimemap.com/

If a bust happened there
(93XX Huebner Road)
for solicitation, it's not
showing on the community
crime map website.

Perhaps the solicitation
bust was the final nail in
the coffin.

Eccie, Rubmaps, and other
review websites have
been known monger
websites for a long time
and are constantly watched
by the police.
In fact, the police have paid
lifetime subscriptions so
they can lurk 100%.
So do many amp owners.

Last year, many of the
AMPs actively
advertised with explicit
posts, but it seems that
SA has cracked down
on the ads.

Here's the story about
San Massage.
https://youtu.be/99fYCWjMKQI?si=bbD3wLkFIEYl6aUs

No bust for prostitution,
but Super Karen is
on the case !
https://media.tenor.com/S23tE8KEOXUA...ng-a-karen.gif

Her ex-hubby probably got
busted cheating on her at
an AMP, and it's been a
personal crusade for her
ever since.

With ads and reviews...
Yes, they can use this intel
to target a specific spa, but
the real Achilles Heel is
the AMP girl not being
careful about offering
extras.

If the AMP girl waits until
the monger touches her
inappropriately (on purpose),
before any extras are
discussed or any money
changes hands, she can
not be caught in a sting.

It's when the girls get
careless or greedy that
the system breaks down
and the police have
the evidence they need
to arrest for solicitation.

Sad for the owners of
Health Spa/Best Foot/DDS,
but it seems like they were
hit by the trifecta of the
AMP shut down.

1) Girls living on campus
2) Unlicensed therapists
3) Solicitation bust

= TDLR License Suspension.

RIP.

Bottom line: Spa girl fuck up, not the mongers.

I say review away, nothing has changed from the old classifieds too today's internet.

I write Spa reviews so that others will know what to expect at that place for a particular gal (L1, L2, L3), and the place is a green light for these activities. I've been confronted by people about the no review for a spa, and I'm sorry, but unless the Spa wants to charge me less to not write a review, I'll write it, especially if the visit was exceptionally good or bad. The gals rotate out pretty often, and I've had several people reach out to me after a review to get more info, and I've ignored such requests from people with only a handful of posts for fear of LE.

I don;t go often, so it's not like I'm doing a review a week, so my input is nominal, and yet helps some other mongers who may be on the fence... I was the same way when i started to walk the path of the Spa. I want to help others not get burned like I have on occasion...

You will be hard pressed to find a bad review for the qq crew. Everyone knows, now they have a very solid client following so they requested no reviews. Qq is the unicorn of spas, no need for anyone to be on the fence about that place.

Simply respecting the “ no review “ is a request they. But it’s a SA thing to disrespect their request. Do any other spas even have a “no review policy”? Spas that are hit or miss do need reviews to weed them out.

As the news article stated, they do read reviews. If you want to ruin the unicorn of spas, write away.

It's ironic that allusive started this thread with positive news for those that frequent QQ and generally care for the girls that almost met their end that they will continue to open its doors. Then it changed to fuck the spa we don't give a shit what they want we do what we want. If spa or anyone tries to tell me otherwise need to pay me not to post my reviews about the place.
I think the crux of the argument is if they provide bad service why can't we call them out on it? I say why the fuck not? I'm for that and it goes for any spa. Good, bad or ugly. Is that correct?

I leave reviews from time to time . But if I’m asked not to review then I won’t . I see one lady and I respect her wishes because of the activity that she lets me do . Three hole specials are rare in AMP. Be careful gentleman.

LE doesn't need a forum to know what's up. No AMP truly flys under the radar. The long list of closed Spas on Rubmaps can attest to that. All Spas runs the risk of getting popped. Bad practices, angry Karen's or just plain bad luck; the unfortunate risk of business. The owners understand this.
It's a bit egotistical to believe our reviews drive the surge in traffic at the favorite watering holes. Gatekeeping, for any reason, will not deter interest in the hobby. I knew of QQ,Katies, A+, from friends long before I joined any forum. The majority who visit our favorite spas are not "AMP connisseurs" who rush home to share online. In truth, most look like they work the auto body next to QQ, lol.
I personally enjoy reading the insights, experiences, even the humor in some reviews. Lately, in place of shared experiences,I'm reading tit-fot-tat like any episode of The View. It's disappointing. I hope we can get back to genuine engagement.

Well said Eights. The divide in this space is clear—there are those who genuinely want to share and engage, and then there are the ones who prioritize their standing with the providers over any real discussion. The spa simps/shills mentioned aren’t just annoying; they actively hurt the flow of honest information by trying to control the narrative. It’s wild how some of these guys will argue over a review, not because it’s inaccurate, but because it challenges their personal attachment to a spot or a provider.

The whole should a spa or provider be exempt from reviews debate is interesting, but at the end of the day, reviews exist because guys want reliable intel—not because LE needs a guidebook. Besides, ECCIE encourages us to pin the tail on the donkey. To get BCD credit, you have to list the spa, their phone number, and even give the girl’s name. That’s just how the site operates—it’s what the spa section is about.

Some girls don't want reviews, most bosses like them until they get a visit. Seems to be their problem. At the end of the day, this is supposed to be about sharing your experience.

@naughty “Per KSAT News, every story they post about AMPs always starts with: ‘Spa shut down for suspected human trafficking.’ … Right! Good point.

FYI: As for the Crimestoppers map, it’s not entirely accurate because it includes instances where LE simply conducts inspections—not just arrests. A location might show up on the map even when no one was charged, which is exactly how misinformation spreads.

If you really want to know who’s been arrested, skip the Crimestoppers map and check the Bexar County Magistrate’s website. Look for Chinese names—that’s the most accurate way to see who was actually taken in. But you have to check it regularly, or you’ll miss it. It has a about a three day window. More wisdom I learned from the Master.
