What a "timely" question. In my younger years 20's, 30's, early 40's I tended to last longer than some of the girls (typically the older ones) probably preferred. But now??? With all the things going on inside my head, I'm lucky to stay up or even finish. All the stress, fear, anxiety, suppressed guilt that has built up can be overwhelming at times and kill my libido, even in mid stroke. Its psychosomatic I guess... Yeah, as @vigilant17 stated, it's a psychological issue and extremely personal, but we share such grave details of our many exploits, why not use this opportunity to share the other side of it??? Anyway, I don't mind and I feel like we all need to talk to somebody.

Anyway, the only times I have risen above it all is no porn, no fap for about a week or more (the longer the better). When I was working out and doing other stress reducing activities, my head was in the game and I didn't have all of the crap ruminating in my mind during a session.
