Senile Biden isn’t enforcing the law as it stands today, which gives him all the authority he needs to secure our border and deport illegals now.

So why would Congressional Republicans ever think he would enforce a *new* law if he isn’t enforcing it now?

I think the idea is that Congress passes legislation, versus a executive order to do this. While I don't disagree that there are laws that should be enforced better, Congress could do a lot better by saying that the president is authorized during a time of emergency to close the border completely. That would stop the migration and asylum seekers. Unfortunately I believe asylum seekers, AKA almost all the people saying they are coming across the border from persecution, are in many cases exempt from being deported if they answer appropriately when interviewed at the border. Of course people coming across and not being interviewed, and are just here blatantly illegally - need to get deported immediately. I think we can all agree on that

First, the Immigration and Nationality Act gives Senile Biden the authority to suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

Second, the Border was controlled using existing laws and policies under President Trump. It wasn't until Senile Biden made an executive order overriding those laws and policies did the border become wide open

Not only did Senile Biden willfully dismantle every Trump border security policy, and not only did Senile Biden issue a stand down order to ICE, but Senile Biden was sued by dozens of states to retain Trump’s policies and he bitterly fought every one those states in court to keep the border open.

Anyone who sues an entity to REMOVE obstacles to illegal immigration, wants illegal immigration to continue. The current legislation is nothing more than a way to try’n deflect the blame, because they’re finally realizing is a huge electoral issue, which all clear thinking people know lies firmly at the feet of Biden’s puppet masters. Biden could seal the border tomorrow, with nothing beyond laws already in place, but refuses to do so. There’s a reason for this, and everyone knows what it is.

Exactly. Senile Biden purposely caused the issue. He could stop it tomorrow and seal the border if he so chose. He doesn't want to. Period

Lol. There is a bipartisan border deal all ready to go, but now trump is urging Republicans to block it. Because trump doesn't want the border crisis solved. He just wants to bitch about it, and use it as a campaign issue.

Republicans don't want the border problem fixed. It's more important for them to have something to cry about than it is to solve the problem.

While some ridiculously try to blame Senile Biden not acting on President Trump, the fact is all the laws were in place when Senile Biden came into office to enforce and control the border and not allow an invasion of illegals

Not one new law needs passed by the Senate or House. All it takes is for Senile Biden to do his damn job

Now ask yourself, why has Senile Biden refused to enforce the immigration laws and protect the border as he is required to do for over 3 years?

Even still, Trump won't do anything to alleviate any of the ills the country is going through, even if he is elected. He already proved that he cares more for himself than the country, what with how his past tenure went.
