The "Sworn Testimony" are the Whistleblower reports and
their SIGNED statements - against the threat of charges
for making false reports.

Whistleblowers who worked the elections in Fulton County
who surely saw things that were "below board" or wrongly amiss.

were INTERVIEWED then concerning their statements, yes?
