Words and Actions matter...
I'm not a lawyer, even on the internets, with limited understanding of all the legal-sleeze words and phrases (mostly in Latin). As such, I do not know the exact phrase for when a judge, prolapses a lawyer's sphincter and pulls it up over the lawyer's head. Though I do know that it usually results in the lawyer dropping the case to avoid some serious side effects of a prolapsed and extracted sphincter. For example:
Quote:
DOJ Drops Rosenstein and Mueller’s Nonsense Case Against Russian Company Concord LLC…
March 16, 2020 | Sundance
Almost everyone who researched the substance behind Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller’s heavily promoted Russian indictments knew the underlying claims were centered on the thinnest of evidence.
A few Facebook memes were used to accuse Russian company Concord LLC of violating FARA and FEC election laws.
In July,2018, Robert Mueller asked a federal judge in Washington for an order that would protect the handover of voluminous evidence to lawyers for Concord Management and Consulting LLC, one of three companies and 13 Russian nationals charged in a February 2018 indictment. They are accused of producing propaganda, posing as U.S. activists and posting political content on social media as so-called trolls to encourage strife in the U.S.
Indeed, to an incurious media, a Russian catering company posting Facebook memes might sound like a good justification for a vast Russian election interference prosecution; however, when Concord & the accused Russians show up in court and request to see the evidence against them, well, the prosecutors might just have a problem. It’s that problem that dogged the Mueller prosecution since 2018. Today, predictably and finally, the DOJ dropped the nonsense case...
...The prosecution was always just a farce. The ridiculous Russian indictments were only created to give some sense of validity to a premise that did not exist; and to allow the Robert Mueller investigation to continue operating when there was never a valid justification for doing so.
This was perhaps the biggest shell game operation, with a non-existent pea, using the DOJ and FBI to give the impression that something nefarious had happened; when factually the ‘Russian Conspiracy Narrative’ was all just one big hoax upon the American people.

I wonder what Heir Mueller's thoughts were about all of those crimes Trump committed?? Well... let's see what he said about that:
Quote:
Mueller corrects an exchange from the first hearing
By Veronica Rocha, Meg Wagner and Amanda Wills, CNN
Updated 11:29 a.m. ET, July 25, 2019
His original answer was seen as Mueller saying the only reason the President was not indicted was because, as president, he cannot be indicted.
However, Mueller clarified the correct view is that they made no assessment as to whether there was a crime or not because of the OLC guidance."Now before we go to questions, I want to add on correction to my testimony this morning. I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, you didn't charge the President because of the OLC opinion. That is not the correct way to say it," Mueller said.
Mueller then corrected Lieu's wording: "As we say in the report, and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the President committed a crime. With that, Mr. Chairman, I'm ready to answer questions."...
|
As you may remember, it went down hill from there and many felt bad for Heir Mueller's sad presentation of himself.. FWIW: I was not one of them.

As for the laptop. Not Russian misinformation but not proof of anything except that Hunter is a sleaze. To that I’ll say what I said from the beginning. No one gives a fuck.

The main feature of the Russian Collusion fallacy was that Trump was involved. The Mueller report only concluded Russia may have interfered with the election but no evidence that Trump was ever involved in Collusion with Russia to win the election.

Mueller already knew policy is not to indict a sitting prez. Wasn't his choice to start the investigation. He threw that tidbit out there as a reminder to those Q&Aing him.

You totally misread that. The last line was the more important one. Though the yay-hoo that tried to toss him a lifeline was at least amusing. Mueller didn't say he could or couldn't indict a president. He said he find no crime to charge him with. Pop quiz: If you cannot indict a president, why investigate them? Is the DOJ a private investigative firm for the Congress critters?

Maybe you need to go back to the basics with the ABC's
A) he did not initiate a talk with the Ruskies, they reached out to his team
B) the team walked out of the meeting after a couple minutes because it was ridiculous BS, aka a set up
C) in case you forgot - there was no Muh Russia, Russia, Russia collusion, what-so-ever, except with the vile beotch Hellery
Look, I totally get it. The unexpected loss of a manufactured narrative is tough to handle. Try to remember the joy it brought you for all those years of killing your country. You just have to learn how to let go. Rest in Peace oh sweet little Muh Russia, Russia, Russia collusion.

As one may remember in history: The cover up is always worse than the crime. Mueller was the coverup operation. Plain and simple.
What we have in the Durahm report is exposing all of it: The crime, the coverup, the perpetrators, aka purveyors. Pretty much all of it. But the biggest question really remains: Who was/is the brains of the entire operation?
Some say Obammy is the head of the snake. I don't totally agree.I see him as more of the "face" on the head of the snake. “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.” But is he a MasterMind or a Manchurian candidate that was groomed for the role, aka the face of the snake for public consumption?
Quote:
WAYNE ROOT: Everyone Has Missed Real Revelation of the Durham Report: Obama is the REAL ‘Big Guy.’ Obama is the Criminal Mastermind. Obama Committed Treason.
by Guest Contributor May. 19, 2023 11:40 am
By Wayne Allyn Root
We are living in an age of mass deception, distraction and denial, of mass brainwashing. We might as well all be living in Jonestown, Guyana and following the orders of Jim Jones.
That’s how bad it is. It’s all laid out right in front of us. But no one can see it. Or maybe no one wants to see it. The Durham Report is “the canary in the coal mine.”
It’s all Obama. It’s always been Obama. Obama is the REAL “Big Guy.” Obama is the REAL criminal mastermind. Obama was the head of the snake. Obama was the John Gotti of the US government, overseeing a massive criminal conspiracy. Obama was the head of the “Obama Crime Family.”
Obama committed TREASON.
And the worst part of all: Obama’s still in charge. Obama is pulling all the strings. He’s the one calling the shots. He’s the ventriloquist, speaking for the wooden dummy puppet Joe Biden. Obama is the real President of the United States, back for his third term.
I warned and predicted from the first day Obama appeared on the scene that my old Columbia University classmate was a Manchurian candidate, a radical Marxist put in place by the Deep State and globalist billionaires to destroy America.
In my #1 bestselling book back in 2013, “The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide” I reported Obama’s plan was to “boil the frog slowly.” To destroy America in small steps, to move so slowly that we wouldn’t notice we were being destroyed, until it was too late. Hillary Clinton was supposed to finish the job. Hillary’s election was supposed to be Obama’s third term.
But Donald J. Trump came along and ruined the plan. Trump became the first politician in history to beat a rigged election. That’s why Hillary and Democrats were so shocked. Obama rigged it, so Hillary could not lose.
How did Obama do that? In addition to the usual Democrat tricks of stuffing the ballot box in Democrat run inner cities, with no Voter ID and no signature match, Obama spied on the Trump campaign.
But Trump brought out more working and middle-class voters than any candidate in history. He beat the rig. He won even though Obama spied on him. Even though Obama knew everything Trump was doing and planning- and gave it all to Hillary.
Enter Russia Collusion.
See the Durham Report. We now know for a fact this was a fraud made up by Hillary. We also know that Hillary laid out this scam to Obama and Biden in the Oval Office. Obama gave his approval. Then Obama rigged the game even further- making sure his handpicked DOJ and FBI would never prosecute these high crimes...
|
These are mighty high crimes against the people and they do not have a statute of limitations. And let us not forget old Lois Learner and the IRS, along with sundry mis/dis-information boards, compliant and complicit, aka propaganda arm - Lamb SCREAM media, censorship and weaponized government writ large. And I'm not even tossing in the fraud/sham 2020 election mechanics.

... Surely wasn't much of a warning, as much as it was
Brennan (and the CIA) informing OBama and Biden of
the Hillary scheme. ...
They should all be in jail.
... Anybody out there see ANY apology to Trump
about this??
Hmmm.... No matter... President Trump can surely
EXCERT some apology from them when He's back on. ...

and we all know why now, yeah? it was to manipulate the election. the FBI knew the dossier was produced by the Clinton campaign and by law were required to disclose that to the FISA court to give that oft times overused word "context".
the FBI tried to get surveillance warrants without the dossier and were rejected. nice strategy actually, keep the ace in your hand until you need it.
their warrants were illegal because they did not disclose the source, the Clinton campaign.
think about this ... the FBI .. the top law enforcement agency in America, broke the law on purpose to rig the election.
that is a fact and a real conspiracy.

The Lamb SCREAM media is just a propaganda arm for the deep state. For example: Some may recollect that that the FBI "leaked" Hellery's pee-pee doc to Yahoo News (sic). Subsequently, the FBI used the news article as justification for FISA. Complicit is as complicit does...
