Firebirds has a brunch too. They opened one recently close to me. I’ve been to other locations, Erie and Cranberry, but I haven’t been to the South Fayette Location yet. So, I guess a family GTG there soon.

The toad in a hole is spectacular. I believe they call it the Nester.
They don’t have the drag queens though which is my personal favorite brunch accutrement .
The bacon is a close substitute though. I seem to emote the same giddiness when I see a well cooked slice of thick bacon as I do a well prepared fabulous drag queen doing her damn thing!
Yeesssss!! More please

No worries. I’ll shoot a couple squirrels and drink river water, you have sushi and a spritzer. Together we’ll average a normal person.

I’ll hang with you. So we’ll make a double normal person. You can shoot squirrels in my back yard. Along with rabbits and Coyotes. Red Tail hawks are off limits. No river water tho. Plenty alcohol on tap.
And I’ll make a killer brunch. Waygu brisket, wings, pulled pork and smoked Mac n cheese. And some coleslaw from scratch. Not creamy, more on the vinegar side. That’s how I roll.

Sushi and spritzer, eh?
I smoke 3 dozen briskets a year. 200 lbs of pulled pork. Ribs. Chicken. Turkey. Make my own sausages and cold smoke em. Do 40 different varieties of smoked cheese. All manners of side dishes. Smoke and slice my own bacon, thick. Like a man.
So, yeah, by all means enjoy your squirrel.
You want it cooked right, let me know. I can make a pit on the fly.
But it's ok with me if you want another man's meat in your mouth, J. I don't get jelly like that

No, it’s just delicious Mac n Cheese. No more, no less. But you can host your own brunch at your bungalow with your family and drag Queens. Let us know how it works out. Don’t forget to invite Mr Gristle. He'll bring some booze and cigars. Think of the possibilities!

What part was confusing?
And you left out the cheese. I’m interested in no man’s smoked macaroni without cheese. Gouda’s a personal favorite. That hot, sticky, white mess melting in your mouth is pure bliss.
