Their songs were played at most NFL stadiums but were never picked for the SB halftime show. What a shame.

Well, I’m sitting on my porch smoking a Romeo y Julietta short Churchill and sipping some Angels Envy and enjoying the weather and the music.

I wasn’t alive for half of the 70s. Some of my favorite bands of the era are Rush, Deep Purple, Heart, Aerosmith, and some others.

They’re all good. But they’re true rock bands like the 70’s. They bled into the 80’s. Still the same music. Classic rock.

The Pretenders were there:

The original Pretenders were great musicians

KISS

not the most technical band but noone puts on a better concert. I did most everything listening to KISS, booze, drugs and sex. great memories
rush,ac/dc. van halen and many others opened for them. rush credits them for being the most professional band and the most working band they ever saw. they said they were also the kindest band to their opening acts

Rush is obviously a great rock band. They’re Canadian? While I like them, I don’t love them. If that makes sense. But I do agree, they’re great.
