When I got in the hobby, Houston was wide open for the hobby. I got in by knowing the leader of aspd and this opened up many doors for me. We had a lot of time where we would just get together and all hang out, maybe one of the ladies had an apartment with a pool and we would all hang out at the pool. Then we had an aspd mixed softball team that had around 6 of the ladies and about 8 of us guys playing on it.

There are about 6 ladies still active who I had sessions with before taking a hiatus that I could probably hook up with and I feel there are several ladies who haven't met me, but I could get a buddy to vouch for me.

However, this being said, and to be totally honest, I don't have any idea how to get into the hobby as a newbie and not knowing anybody. I wouldn't know where to start. I would say to stay away from the street girls and would understand the hot 30 year old Korean girls I saw back then on Telephone Rd. would now be in their 50's. I'm not sure if it's on this site or another site, but there used to be a list of newbie friendly providers, but I don't know if this list is still out on the internet or if it's even been updated in the past couple of years.

Truer words have never been typed. The biggest fear I had in the hobby is how to get out, once you're so far in. I mean if a fellow doesn't play politics, has a session a week or every other week it's the greatest feeling on earth. Heed the words or Bowser98! Going in to the session whether I had seen the lady before, there was a good nervous feeling, and a real nervous feeling if I had met her at a social before but never been in session with her.....then after the session is over and leaving with a huge grin and memories that lasted long after her session fee was spent.

I was a lurker a long time back on ASPD and for around 12 years here. A lot of reading only what was available to lurkers who have not written a review or purchased premium access (PA) so I had to rely on life experience, yes recommendations, context of comments, etc. before I wrote my first review with the detailed Rest of the Story that is not visible until you have PA.

Best to avoid starting if you can, because it’s definitely addictive. However, if you must dive in, go get an AMP massage. Book a half hour or hour massage and disrobe, lie face down nekid and be prepared to tip for a handshake massage. Write a review with detailed Rest of the Story on what happened. Once you have written an acceptable review, then you can read the ROS in reviews on independents, strip clubs, studios, and AMPs for 6 weeks. There are sticky’s on how to write a review usually at the top of that section. Read and research. Once you have PA you can use the search function.

One of my amp regulars got me to her apartment a couple years ago so now she is a regular ATF with excellent private sessions, dinners and more but she doesn’t have a profile or online presence and only works at an AMP part time (meaning I haven’t leveraged her to book independents. You will start to understand what to do, but don’t be explicit with your discussion of desired services…unless a verifiable review here…

And if you are on the north side and interested in AMPs follow latinluvr456, on west and southwest arananegra; stay away from minivan drivers and any one proclaiming to be the GOAT or “the hobby.” Remember that the ladies are human and we’re human, meaning either you or the lady you’re with might be having a bad day. Know when or if you need to gracefully back out of a situation. Don’t set your expectations too high and understand that the HVAC system may not be running at a temperature cold enough to your liking. Keep clean or take a shower beforehand. Pace yourself according to your budget/disposable income. Stay safe (wrap the dog if you enter the front door or back door unless you want to be a daddy or risk bringing something home that requires some thing stronger than shower gel to get rid of).

Start with some established ladies who have sterling reputations here. It is otherwise discouraging..how do you find them? Research!

Be clear and always polite to the ladies before/you visit, use clear communication about session, wishes etc.and after a visit, ask if they do or do not want review, etc.

Be a gentleman always! Ladies will reciprocate!

Read the open forums, there are some great coed discussion the hobby do’s and don’t s from both sides.

Trust your instincts…but follow the reviews and research ….

Oh, and be a gentleman….worth repeating. This ain’t porn, it’s real people with feelings. Like life, respect everyone….I’ve had good and bad sessions but politeness on both sides makes it so much better!

Now go have fun with the candy…and try all flavors! I guess I have a sweet tooth….there are some lovely people!

Didn’t me to leave you out C, just figure it is easy to get premium access through having an AMP experience and writing review of same. My only indy is a part time amp gal - that’s the way we met - she probably doesn’t do referrals but her English is getting pretty good.

I’m open to indies and definitely have envied some of the Indy review sessions I’ve read especially when both seem to have had a great time.

Unfortunately my only overnights were in Thailand. If only there was a mentor here I could learn from on overnight sessions…

OP, start with reviewed gals on eccie, oh2, or p411 who are newbie friendly. very low drama. after the session, ask the gal if she can vouch for you. if she says no, put her on your Do Not See list, cause that isn't cool imo.

fyi, List Crawler is not for newbies. after you get the hang of the hobby, you can find some gems on there if you know what you're doing. i'm into spinners, so I always use the search terms "slim" or "petite" to narrow the field. google search photos and if you get hits outside of h-town and with different numbers, it's a scam. and always carry bear spray but not a peacemaker; less paperwork involved if you have to use it lol. and if you see an ad that sounds tgtbt, it probably is, but not always. i have found some true goddesses on there, and some even joined eccie after i wrote them a review, like sexy.ava.2017. (3rd review on my profile, titled Wow! btw gents, are Ava and her hot sister still around?)

i don't recommend the bissonnet blade/street walker scene. first, it's dangerous because of le, and second, bissy gals' sessions are rushy and filled with upcharges. i'm 0/10 for "worthy of a 2nd session" with bissy track gals. Nancy Reagan was right; Just say no..

px: it is addictive for sure, but if you have enough discipline, it is possible to walk away temporarily or permanently. i'm on sabbatical right now, and i've stayed the course.
either way, like in gambling, pay all your bills first, and if money is left over, go for it. donations for quick visits, half hour, full hour, and overnights vary widely. i've done qvs on LC for as low as 60, while elite escorts' sessions like daisey wilks' can run 600+. usually you get what you pay for, but not always. for gals with no reviews, i usually start with a qv in case the session goes badly, i'm not in too deep. and steer clear of doubles for gals without reviews until you've seen both gals in singles first.
