I'm well aware of that. This was the Lexus dealership. I was not asking any questions, just along for the ride and totally enjoying the experience. That provision was not discussed at all. As a result, I know the GM of the Lexis dealership.

Amp, I don't know how much success you have asking these ladies a lot of detailed information. My experience is they can afford anything and when they want something, they want it right away, so throw analysis out the window. I recall one part of the conversation being: "Yes, Lexis is top end Toyota, so in effect you are buying the best of the best", and off we went.
I'm sure she is ok, she has an accountant taking care of business, so it is all up and up. If you want to figure out who it was, just look for the provider with a Lexis...

It's probably white. For some reason they seem to like white cars.

Tennyson Wellness owner/manager drives a Lexus. Watched her park almost daily from my office window across the street pre COVID times. I negotiated a lease for a legit amp owner, she was overly cautious never paid more than 900 in cash. Money orders maxed at 990

So then you know exactly the role I played and you also know that it was not Tennyson. Check one off the list. I thought we were "just looking" and suddenly there was a year of private college tuition in $50s and $100's on the table.

Amp, The point we are illuminating is that these ladies are paying cash for Lexus while many of the readership here think they are visiting poor immigrants who struggle to speak English and throwing a $40 tip as a reward. Much is written here complaining about GPS, bad attitude, many use derogatory language, but how many of the readers are walking into Lexus and paying cash, owning multiple homes both here and in China, supporting kids and extended families abroad as well as their family here, and able to simply fly to NYC to buy a $4000 purse on a whim?

Definitely I'm a finance guy and I projected what a typical girl is making at an AMP after my first visit lol. Just a basic to go off

Most of these places are open 10am-10pm, that's 12 hours open for business. Let's say a typical girl gets 5-6 appointment a day. I'm only using 1 hr rates.
$240 hr - $70 house fee = $170 profit per customer. $170 x 6 customers per day = $1020 per day estimate. That's $5100 a week and $20,400 a month tax free Lol.

Also notice I didn't include weekends or half hr appts. Some of the very popular girls on this board have to be bringing in more than that.

Expectation is to see between 5 and 12 clients per day. They work 7 days a week. The house gets near the full $70 charge. The high tips are hitting $200, average is less, $100 is standard.
