I think point from that you band once on you can't be band again on.. so only have 15 point but it only takes on post to get a 10 point infraction. So better say bye before make my next mistake post.

Speaking of points, if what you say in a post is a GL violation, the points are valid. However, if mods make up a violation just to play a power trip to give you an infraction, well, that is undeserved. IMO, there is a reason why infractions are not able to be seen by all members, and they are right saying it is none of anyone's business but the member and the staff, but there is an additional reason that the staff does not want you to know and that is, all obvious infractions are treated differently and if you had the proof that you could see in black and white (for example, if I called you an asshole and you called me an asshole, then you got points and I did not and it was there for all to see), then the mods would have some explaining to do about their blatant bias moderation! I have no doubt there are tons of examples of this type of proclivity when it comes to the GL, one reason they are guidelines and not hard fast set in stone rules. As a regular member, there is no way to prove it so there is nothing you can do but take it.

And I bet the mod you called out for their ignorance was the one who gave you the points because they or their minions can throw you under the bus, but if you respond, you get dinged with points.

Since you were once a mod then you know what I am talking about as far as seeing the bias moderating that goes on. I mean, we are all human and when a pimp comes along and offers free services from the girls in his flock if you give him amnesty as well as make all his girls verified providers and play power trips on those that call him out for his pimp ad reviews, then meet up with him at the strip club to go over things (kinda shows you who is really running things), most guys are going to jump on that in a heartbeat!

Speaking of the strip club, there was one mod in Dallas I know for a fact that was boasting he was a mod on Eccie at the strip clubs so the girls would hang with him and he showed his true self on the open forums of who he wanted to be biased against, always breaking the very rules he was suppose to enforce on others, which was against anyone who did not openly agree with and have his opinion. I believe he was labeled as the brown stain on the underwear of the staff when he was a mod.

Of course, if you call people out for the ignorance or their lies, then, depending on the mod and his mood, then you get slapped with points. It has been said that trolling and lying about other members are not against the rules of this site, but cyberstalking and insulting is. But, since the rules can be interpreted, it will usually depends on the mood of the mod seeing the post and who the member is that determines the infraction or not. If you look, just about any public post can be scrutinized to find some kind of violation of the broad Eccie guidelines on it and couple that with a salty mod.......

Happened to me a few years ago. I still have the infraction listed. I was just trying to warn people that certain ladies will bring stuff you don't want around you and generally do weird things, like leave stuff in your bathroom or have random people come by your place after they leave. It's just weird and might lead to something bad happening.
