Downer used to be considered one of the best SCs in North America back in the day by many including quite a few mongers from Toronto. Today most SCs are in decline nothing like they used to be including the Downer.

crossed friday, they have streamlined the arrivecan . toronto is a world class place to monger. fantastic agencies. FYI jon in the falls owns diamonds as well as temptations. not a bad thing. very good talent in both agencies.Raising rates soon however. still a great deal for the incall. I got 28% yesterday. cad is very soft with the down market/
