There is a huge difference between what local LE cares about and what the IRS cares about. IRS does not care if you were paid for your time or for something else, give them their cut and they are content most the time.

If I had to get harrased by local LE or by the IRS, it isn't even close. Pay your taxes, the alternative is not pretty. I know too many ladies who have learned this the hard way. Just about the vilest thing I've seen an agency do is tell the IRS that one of their ladies earned $2M one year in her share of fees and mostly tips, with no $ taken out for taxes by the agency. It litterally bankrupted the lady falsely accused and every sent she makes is still being grabbed by the IRS because she can't PROVE she didn't earn it and the agency papers sho she did.

You file taxes as an entertainer. If a lady has another job in RL then she can pay taxes via that route. Most of us do pay taxes, we need tax returns to buy a car, or loans, etc.

Ok I understand that. In the event you need a loan or financing how do you go about verifying employment?

I for one as a hobbyist would like to see it legal. The reason I only do outcall is the chance of LE issues is far less. I for one would like to know that if I visit a hotel to see a provider that no sting is waiting for me. I don't know if it would make it any cheaper or not but it probably would end up being safer as far as STDs are concerned. The legal thing is a big advantage though.

Hell there are plenty of options. They can call themselves consultants. There are a huge number of consultants that are self employed out there and it is vague enough that no one cares. If asked what they consult on they can honestly say somthing like personal human interaction or one to one relationship building.

I would love a provider with a business background so that I can deduct our consultations as a business expense. We will simply combine business with pleasure.

You simply get a business license and list it under "personal services." No further explination needed. Personal trainer, is a good one though being you can work out of your home and by the hour if you so choose. It's also usually a cash based business just like escorting.

Yeah, I am sure it's not hard to get around whats really the case. IRS really doesn't pry much as long as you file properly and on time.
