Latest Dallas and tx shit is different from NYC, CA, DC, NC, FL and Atlanta. Instead of focus on small pictures, look at big pictures and see what happened and why.
Dallas AMP grew by spun off of CA however shut down has been way different. LE had hard time shutting down CA or others locations. Well except for WA state shut down. Dallas shut down happened because AMPs couldn’t stay UTR. Dallas AMPs got greedy and weren’t satisfied with good money they were making. They created attacking each other and hired promoters to stay on top. Some promoters were getting as high as $5k a month to promote, attack and kill other AMP and girls biz. Some promoters went as far as creating their own biz on this. All these created high visibility and go as far as noticeable to city officials. Some AMP went as far as threatening ladies, building owners and biz license holders and using city officials.
While this going on COVID happened. A perfect storm. City officials has decided not to issue any biz license to Koreans because they have seen stupidity AMP owners and promoters did.
I am sure, idiots will be attacking me soon.
I do hope AMPs and agencies can continue as UTR without hiring idiots.

Lastly, when Hea sold her biz, she made deal with ghostrider, Aoi and maybe others to keep them on promoter
Payroll. New owners and Hea didn’t see 9/1 law coming and how severe it is.
