The change in the prostitution laws was put into play by a Black Female Democrat out of Houston and of course who is going to oppose it and go on record as saying they are soft on prostitution. When the Tarrant County Sheriff went public claiming they made over 100 arrest for solicitation in one week with a collage of mug shots the majority of those arrested were persons of color. At a time Democrats are trying to tear down laws that target persons of color this law targets people of color more than caucasian.
